Gin Botanicals Mint Leaf Gin Style
Contains a combination of juniper berries, coriander seeds, citrus peel, liquorice root and dried mint leaves to create a crisp premium infused gin delicately balanced with cooling mint notes.
Gin Botanicals Rosemary Gin Style
Contains a combination of juniper berries, coriander seeds, citrus peel, liquorice root and rosemary to create a crisp premium infused gin delicately balanced with floral rosemary aromatics.

liquorice root and citrus peels. The ideal blend to make a delicious
London Dry style gin.
Instructions ( if not using a Gin Botanical Basket):
Each 62g packet of botanicals flavours 5 litres. Fill a 5 litre demijohn with ABV 40% spirit or vodka and, using a funnel, pour in the botanicals. Leave to soak for between 4 - 7 days until it is to your liking. Using a cheese cloth stain the gin into a 750ml or 1.125 litre bottle. Enjoy!
PS you can leave the botanicals in the demijohn for as long as 4 weeks. The longer you leave it, the better the flavour.
