Samuel Willards Original is specially formated for Australian conditions. The 48 hour Turbo Yeast is designed for use when regional temperature conditions have to be considered for both heat and cold and can produce 14% ABV in 48 hours from 6KG of sugar, or 20% ABV in 4~5 days from 8KG of Sugar.
Note:
If using 8kg of sugar, the ferment will take longer and you will need to use a 30 litre fermenter for a greater headspace. If making a 20 litre wash, add 6kg to only 5 litres of hot water. If using dextrose, 6kg sugar is equal to 7kg of dextrose.
