BREWING HOT: This tea steeps rather fast and will become strong quickly. Bring water to boil and steep for one to two minutes.
Kombucha: There are many advantages to using certified organic herbs and tisanes in the finished kombucha tea and fermenting it further with flavours good for your health. A second fermentation period allows the flavours to meld and achieve a deeper and more complex profile, which increases the health benefits.
Kombucha Flavouring: add 1 tsp (or more to your liking) + 1 tsp sugar to your kombucha tea in a 750ml flip-top bottle or another air-tight container. Leave to ferment for 4-6 days at room temperature. Refrigerate. Enjoy!
