This Heater pad is designed for winter brewing, or for brewing in colder climates. Located underneath your fermenter, this low-profile Mangrove Jack's heater pad will prevent your brew from stalling due to temperature drop during fermentation. Simply sit your full fermenter on top of the heat pad and heat is evenly dispersed from the bottom up ensuring a stable fermentation temperature (my 4L kombucha jars heat to a constant 26 deg. - ideal temp for brewing kombucha).
