How to enjoy: Brew with boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Or for a more traditional chai tea, place chai in a saucepan and add a combination of milk and water. Bring gently to the boil, then simmer for 8-10 minutes. Add honey or sugar to sweeten, if desired. Strain into a cup.
