Certified Organic: Mugwort is a popular herb known to aid in reducing or eliminating depression and to ease tension. Precautions: if you are normally susceptible to allergies, use this tea in moderation. Pregnant women should avoid this tea as it is known to stimulate menstruation, so may cause miscarriage or pregnancy complications. Breastfeeding women should also avoid drinking it.

How to enjoy: 1-2 tablespoons in 200ml hot water (90°C) in a teapot and infuse for 5-10 minutes until desired strength is reached.

Kombucha: add 1-2 heaped tablespoons + 1 tsp sugar to your kombucha tea in a 750ml flip-top bottle or other air-tight container. Leave to ferment for 4-6 days at room temperature.
