How to enjoy: 1 heaped tsp per 200ml in a teapot and infuse in boiled water for 5-10 minutes until desired strength is reached.
Kombucha: add 1 tablespoons + 1 tsp sugar to your kombucha tea in a 750ml flip-top bottle or other air-tight container. Leave to ferment for 4-6 days at room temperature. Refrigerate. Enjoy!
