How to enjoy: Add 1 teaspoon per 200 ml. Brew with boiling water 3-5 minutes

Kombucha: There are many advantages to using certified organic herbs and tisanes in the finished kombucha tea and fermenting it further with flavours good for your health. A second fermentation period allows the flavours to meld and achieve a deeper and more complex profile, which increases the health benefits.

Kombucha Flavouring: add 1 tablespoon (or blend with other herbs) + 1 tsp sugar to your kombucha tea in a 750ml flip-top bottle or another air-tight container. Leave to ferment for 4-6 days at room temperature. Refrigerate. Enjoy!
